It's easy just go to this site below type your e-mail and you will get some link that you can copy and send someone... when victim click's on that link you automatically receive his IP address...Later you can use that IP to hack into the victim's computer via Metasploit or something like that

When they goes to the link, you will get an email with their IP, simple as that. The site will show a fake common error page he'll think the page is just down.
